Labret Post
As the name implies, one typically finds a labret post in a labret piercing. However, a labret post can also be worn in a cartilage piercing (conch, helix, etc.) in the earlobe, or even elsewhere. Essentially, a labret post is a barbell with a flat disc on one end instead of a ball. It is also measured the same way as a barbell is.
