Store Hours:
Erotic Fetish Source is open on line 24 hours a day, and we process orders Monday to Friday. If you send an order or an email with an inquiry on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, we will respond to you the next regular business day.
Use of personal information:
We do not sell, give away, lend out any personal information from our website. All information given to us will be kept in the strictest confidence and is only used for the sale of items you have purchased from us.
Guarantee:
We guarantee that all items purchased from Erotic Fetish Source will be sent out within 72 hours of receipt of payment (except on weekends) unless these items have to be specially made. Each item will state when shipping will occur. All items will be wrapped in plain brown wrapper or box and shipper will state “EF Source”. If the item is out of stock, we will advise you immediately of this and either hold your order till we receive it, or refund you your money.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the items which we sell, we cannot accept returns on the items. All sales are final. If there is a chance that something has been damaged in shipping or you received the wrong item, you are to contact us through email at information@eroticfetishsource.com within 3 days detailing the problem and we will rectify this immediately.
Items purchased through Erotic Fetish Source, made by Excaliburr Leather Works – there is a 30 day warranty on the items. This warranty is only for workmanship. All items from Excaliburr Leather Works are hand made and if something happens they will fix or replace within 30 days of your receipt. To claim, you must within 30 days send an email to information@eroticfetishsource.com explaining what the problem is and each item will be dealt with on item by item basis. The shipping costs of returning of the item is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping:
Shipping within Canada will be done through Canada Post as this is the most economical way to send items. If you are in Canada and would like it shipped by other means, please send an email to information@eroticfetishsource.com and we will do our best to ship it the way you request. All shipping is paid by the purchaser.
If you are outside Canada, please contact us by email at information@eroticfetishsource.com prior to placing any order so that we can find the most economical way to send to you, and at that time we will let you know the cost of shipping.
